Dr. Chase Culbertson enjoys serving his hometown of Dayton, OH. Every patient who walks through the doors walks out as a friend. He is passionate about changing the lives of people who have been held back by their smile. Patients who have been told their smiles are beyond restoration come to seek solutions from Dr. Chase. He’s poured his heart into Summit Dental Studio, and he knows you’ll love it as much as he does.
Education & Expertise
Dr. Chase earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. After graduation, he pursued his passion and began extensive training in full mouth reconstruction through surgery, implantology, and cosmetic solutions. He chased excellence and learned from some of the best instructors throughout North and South America. As a lifelong learner, he continually perfects his skills to provide the best results for his patients.
Home Life
Outside the office, Dr. Chase enjoys being outdoors hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, trail running, snowboarding, and golfing. His best friend and dog, Kubo, goes on all his adventures with him. You may see Kubo supervising or helping out around the office.
Dr. Chase is also passionate about fitness and encourages others to get active and enjoy life. Running and cycling allow him to get out and explore. You may also find him with a camera in his hand trying to capture moments and smiles everywhere he goes.
